Guangzhou Liuju Event Planning Co., Ltd. sells through negblqav.com. Submit accurate details with legal authority to purchase. Automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt. If fulfillment is impossible, we notify you and refund unfulfilled goods; material substitutions need agreement.
Descriptions & checkout
Review product variations, instructions, prices, currency, and final charges. Screen colors can differ, but goods must match their material description. Obvious listing errors are resolved with you or canceled with an appropriate refund.
Payment & delivery
Use available checkout methods. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; transit is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Import charges may apply separately.
Changes & returns
Request changes before fulfillment. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Preference returns must be unused and complete; you cover return shipping. No restocking fee applies. Product problems receive an appropriate remedy without added customer cost. Approved return refunds use the original method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Rights & resolving issues
Non-waivable consumer protections remain intact. Contact support about disputes; available legal or payment-provider remedies are not waived. Later terms do not retrospectively remove purchase rights.
